How it works

ACT 1

Sell

A customer arrives from the website, a chat, a call, an email or WhatsApp. The sales agent answers like someone who knows the price list, books the quote visit, and the CRM fills itself. The quote is drafted from your rate card, you approve it, and the deposit invoice goes out the moment the customer accepts.

ACT 2

Serve

A service request is triaged in a minute, the technician who has the right kit is held, the plan is put in front of you and nothing moves until you tap approve. The technician's phone shows where to go and what to bring. The job closes on site with photos and a signature.

ACT 3

Settle

The invoice is created from the job card, sent the minute the job closes and matched to the payment when it lands. Two hours later the customer is asked how it went, a good answer becomes a review, and the record remembers all of it for next time.
